These terms apply to quotations, fabrication, supply, installation and related services provided by MOI Stonemason Pty Ltd.

1. Agreement and scope
When you accept a quotation, pay a deposit or instruct us to proceed, you agree to these terms. Our scope is limited to the stonework, materials and services listed in the accepted quotation.
2. Quotations and measurements
Quotations are based on the information and site conditions available at the time. Final pricing may change where site measurements, selected slabs, access requirements, cut-outs or client instructions differ from the original scope.
3. Stone selection and natural variation
Natural stone, engineered stone and porcelain can vary in colour, veining, pattern and finish. Samples are indicative only. By approving a material, you accept reasonable variation between samples, slabs and installed work.
4. Deposits, payments and variations
A deposit is required before material ordering or fabrication begins. Any variation to material, design, dimensions, access, cut-outs or installation requirements may affect the price and lead time and must be approved before work continues.
5. Site access and installation
You must provide safe, clear access to the site and ensure cabinetry, walls, plumbing and other relevant works are ready for installation. Delays, return visits or additional handling caused by incomplete site readiness may be charged.
6. Care, maintenance and warranties
Care instructions will depend on the material selected. Damage caused by misuse, impact, heat, harsh chemicals, movement of supporting structures or failure to follow care advice is not covered by any workmanship warranty.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to rectifying defective workmanship or supplying an appropriate remedy. We are not responsible for indirect loss, pre-existing defects, concealed site conditions or works outside our agreed scope.
8. Project images and intellectual property
We may photograph completed work for quality records and portfolio use unless you notify us in writing before installation. Drawings, templates and pricing remain our property until all amounts owing are paid.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be available on this website and applies to new enquiries, quotations and services from the date shown above.
